What can I expect during the Early Access?
- Early Access is essentially using Delve before the public launch. Delve is fully ready to use, but there will be a few more features available once its public.
- We’d love for you to report bugs and provide feedback, but all of this is optional. You can choose to be as active or inactive as you’d like with communicating to us about your experience.
- The benefit of coming in this early is that you’ll have a lot of influence on how this product evolves. Since we’re only taking in very small numbers during this phase, you’ll be playing a very active role in helping to shape what features come next on our roadmap.
How do we provide feedback?
Message us by clicking the chat icon on the bottom right hand corner of the site, or you can email us at email@example.com. You can expect a response within 24 hours between Monday - Friday.
We’re also setting up office hours, where you can book a 30 minute video call slot to share feedback and feature requests.
What kind of feedback should we be providing?
We want to hear all sorts of feedback from you. As Early Access users, you’re critical in helping to evolve the tool.

How does payment work during Early Access?
We’ll be handling payments through Stripe billing. After you sign up, we’ll email you a monthly recurring invoice via Stripe. Once you pay your first invoice, we’ll email you with your login credentials. After that, you’ll get a monthly recurring invoice via Stripe.
Why are you charging money for the Early Access?
We’re fully committed to creating a great tool for qualitative researchers. Charging monthly means that you get to own your own data, and you can have the biggest say in the direction of the product. You’re paying to fund the continued research and development in this product. We’re a bootstrapped organization, meaning we didn’t take outside investments or any capital from VCs. What if Delve doesn’t have a feature that I need?
