“Excellent tool for qualitative data analysis & management”

Delve is the qualitative data analysis tool I was waiting for! I have periodic projects requiring qualitative data analysis of interview transcripts in English and sometimes French. Within a few minutes of signing up, I had dragged transcripts into the project panes and was coding data. It is easy-to-use, with a clean interface that required no lag-time of reviewing instructions or familiarizing myself with the tool.

Favorite features:

• Intuitive especially tagging features including to merge, rename, or change hierarchy of thematic codes

• Web-based tool (no need to install software onto the computer)

• French and other languages can be used

• Option to add demographic information and descriptors to the transcript that can later be filtered

• Useful filter options to quickly pull up data and transcript excerpts in different ways

• Very reasonably priced

Switched from NVivo: Delve is less expensive than other options and easier to use.
