“Great tool for a novice qualitative researcher”

This was only my second qualitative study, and the first time that I used a program for data organization and coding. Delve was extremely intuitive to use. It took me only a few minutes to download my transcripts and start coding my data. Customer service was great. Highly recommend this product.
