Delve not only taught me how to conduct Qualitative Analysis (I was a complete newbie to the concept) but made it incredibly easy to do. The software is intuitive, but there’s detailed guidance available on how to get the most out of it, and if I ever had any specific questions, I was able to get near-immediate and detailed support on exactly how to do what I wanted to.
