Executive Leadership in the Organizational Culture of U.S. Credit Unions: A Phenomenological Study
Bellevue University
How they used Delve
A Bellevue University doctoral researcher uploaded Zoom interview transcripts from 16 credit union executives into Delve, used its AI assistance for code application and theme generation, and manually reviewed and refined the AI-generated coding to keep it aligned with the phenomenological framework, with Delve also holding the codebook and thematic map.
“To support transparency and data integrity, Delve qualitative analysis software was used to code and manage the data (Delve, n.d.). Delve incorporates artificial intelligence to assist with code application and theme generation; however, the researcher maintained control over the interpretive process by reviewing and refining the AI-generated data to ensure alignment with the study's phenomenological framework.”
