- Grounded theory with iterative collection, coding and analysis until no significant new categories emerged: open coding produced 38 codes or "attributes", then axial coding organised them into relationships and higher-order categories, yielding a final taxonomy of 3 dimensions, 10 sub-categories and 34 attributes; three further team members reviewed and finalised the taxonomy structure
