“Delve software (qualitative data analysis software) was used for the process of coding the data. To enhance the reliability and validity of this coding process, we involved a second coder to help reduce the potential for bias and errors. This collaborative approach not only expedited the analysis but also brought diverse perspectives to the interpretation of the data. The intercoder agreement played a crucial role in ensuring that multiple researchers were interpreting the data consistently”
